A brand new property that provides a lot of extras to make your stay comfortable and is a great location to explore.

Great moreover minus the night front desk staff

Very clean and great amenities such as laundry and all day snacks

Rude staff at the front desk. Two women who worked at night who has a bad attitude. For example my room didn’t have toilet paper when I got in and I called down to ask for more then they forgot. I had to come downstairs and ask again. Also I asked them if they had dry cleaning. They did not and laughed a weirdly large amount when I asked where I should go.

Very happy with our stay at this pleasant hotel in convenient location.

The breakfast options were reasonable and the 24 hour snack bar was a real hit with our kids. It was nice also being able to bring our own food back to the hotel and use the restaurant seating area with its coffee station.

Wonderful

The room was nice&clean, much better than we expected. We found a lot of free stuff in the bathroom - toothbrushes, hair comb, cosmetics etc - in case someone forgot sth, but also some tea and coffee in the bedroom as well as tourist map of the city. Very helpful, thank you! Breakfast was also very good.

Great value for a family of four

Everything mostly clean. Complimentary breakfast. Complimentary washing/drying machines. Great size room (the second room). Amenities-had everything we needed for our stay (including a shoehorn)

First room kind of small, but livable (we had two separate stays). Some things not quite clean (hair in the bed). Although it was a nice modern hotel, it still had some quality issues with fit and finish (wallpaper looked poorly installed in a few places. Certain areas roughly done).

Great place to stay!

The location is perfect, just a walk away from the main station. Easy to locate. What I like the most that they provide you a bike for free (based on the availability), so you can just cycle from there to the pier. Also, it is free to do your laundry in the hotel, which you have to do it by yourself (laundry and dryer are available). My room size is also great!

It was a bit tricky to communicate with the staff, since she does not speak a fluent English. But I managed.

Comfortable and enjoyable stay

Spacious and clean room. Amenities are well kept. Convenient location . Continuous supply of drinks (coffee, tea and juice) and snacks (biscuit, chinese buns and ice-cream) in the cafe which is a good place to hang out

The ventilator in the bathroom is quite noisy but it functions quite well. The breakfast buffet offers mainly Asian style which is of good quality and we enjoyed it. Would recommend offering also western style like cereals and yoghurt.

One of five identical hotels in a 2 mile radius, but surprisingly very very nice.

Staff were amazing! Very kind and polite. Breakfast was seriously tasty, a lot of local options, and for some reason there's popcorn and ice cream as well. The room was lovely. Albeit small, it had all the amenities you could ever need, and then some. Price was more than ok as well.

There are 5 hotels with the same name owned by the same person all looking almost identical from the outside in a 2 mile radius. Not sure what's going on and how that makes any sense, but it's none of my business. Just try not to go to the wrong one like I did, because it was on my way and I simply thought the location is pinned wrong. Turns out it's a whole other hotel just 2 minutes away.

Highly Recommended for great price and location ????

All in all i like the following -24/7 snack bar and everything is just bite size so you won't waste a food if it doesn't meet your taste they have ice cream, popcorn, biscuits, juices, siopao and also coffee machine with 4 choices of flavors) -yummy breakfast especially the bite-size sausage definitely recommend that one and omelets and the breads with 4 choices of spreads that depends on your taste buds - clean and spacious room for solo travelers - with complete amenities and toiletries -with clean and sanitized comfort room -24/7 hardworking ladies on the restaurant -nice and approachable front desk staff -just a walking distance to the transportation like kaohsiung main station and krt -near kfc, mcdo, fat daddy, subway, Zeleven and other restaurants

I didn’t like the ff; -weird sound or noises especially when you are near the exit which can cause the guest to feel a little uncomfortable during the stay and it feels like it isn't sound proof coz sometimes you might heard the other room but they're making an effort by installing speakers and playing relaxing music at the hallway -no shower curtain on the comfort room which can cause hassle to those people who doesnt know what to do - the amenities are complete but based on my experience on my previous job the hotel must provide a daily replenishment or daily refills in all the rooms on daily basis specially the conditioner and towel and bottled water - the room feels crowded when you are 2 this room is more appropriate for solo traveler coz when you have lot of stuff you wont have a space -only a pipe-like clothes rack -the lighting is not that bright kinda dim

Great value for money

Close to main station, large comfortable room, quiet, free breakfast, free laundry, snacks and ice cream available throughout the day and evening. English channels on the TV.

The light from the air-conditioning panel is very bright. There is no shower screen so water ends up all over the bathroom.

The Hotel are look very new as I heard they just renovated last years. The breakfast are good and have a lot selection. The hotel also very near to Khao Shiong Train Station and just 5 minute walking distance. J

The housekeeping need to pre-inform then only they do the housekeeping.
